Notes

Methodology & reading notes: Compare 51 BMA public parks across spatial scale, vegetation greenness (Sentinel-2 10 m & MODIS), land-surface temperature (day/night LST), soil permeability, water-retention role, and historical flood overlap.

Surface heat measures ground and canopy temperature, not 2 m air temperature. Vegetation index (NDVI) measures satellite greenness rather than ground-level shade. Historical flood overlap reflects Land Development Department recurrence zones.
